Paul Barrett graduated from St Patrick's College of Education in 1982. He taught in Clondalkin in Dublin for many years before teaching in Dunboyne SPS for three years. Paul came to Rathregan NS as Teaching Principal in October 2000.

"Mr Barrett is a good teacher who has a great way of teaching. We all enjoy the way he teaches history as he is very enthusiastic in the subjects he teaches".
JAMES KELLY

Karen Kelly completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Education with Hibernia College, graduating in 2010. She has taught in Rathregan NS since 2011. She has worked in Learning Support Resource, and now in Junior and Senior Infants.

"Miss Kelly is very good with the Infants, she is very helpful and patient towards her pupils. She really helps my brother with his words and numbers".

Aisling Sammon has recently qualified as a teacher and is originally from County Leitrim. We wish her well in Rathregan National School.

Ms Julie Kavanagh will be joining Rathregan NS as Third and Fourth Class Teacher in September 2015. We extend her a warm welcome.

We welcome Elaine Dunne back to teaching at Rathregan NS after a two year career break.

Aoife Daly has joined Rathregan National School in September 2017, and works as a Special Education Teacher this year. We wish her well in Rathregan National School.

Edel Jennings joined Rathregan NS as Office Secretary in 2001. Her own children attended the school in the 1990s. Edel works Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our school.
